#COTFChristmas17 on Social Media
Christmas is a big deal around here and we want to invite you to help us spread the Christmas cheer to our community on social platforms this season. We’re going to be posting some resourceful Christmas blogs and videos, our Christmas event info for you to share, as well as some fun activities and polls on Facebook, and an advent reading challenge on Twitter. So follow us on Facebook & Twitter, share our posts with your friends, and use #COTFChristmas17 on all your Church of the Foothills Christmas related posts!
Advent Reading Challenge on Twitter
We are hosting an advent reading challenge on Twitter this year. There are a few ways to participate in this challenge. (1) You can download the bible app and follow the plan on the app, (2) follow us on Twitter as we will tweet the readings for each day, or (3) download the the reading plan PDF, and print it out so your whole family can do it together.
If you dare to take the challenge, be sure to tag us on Twitter @cotfcp and use #COTFChristmas17 to let us know so we can encourage and celebrate with you along the way!
It’s so easy to get caught up in all the hall decking and merry making that we forget what Christmas is all about – a baby in a manger who changes everything! So before Christmas slips away and the new year dawns, we invite you to slow down and take some time to prepare your heart for the celebration “God with us.”
